1 Hard-boiled egg
2 Large sandwich size sliced pickle (3" in diameter)
1 Tbsp. Mayo or salad dressing
1 Tsp. Prepared mustard (not powdered)
4 Thin slices of carrot
1 Green onion
2 Pimento-stuffed olives


  1. Slice egg in half from end to end (not down the middle)
  2. Spoon out yolks being careful not to break egg white
  3. Mash yolk with fork until there are no lumps
  4. Add mayo and mustard and mix
  5. Spoon mixture back into egg white
  6. Put pickle slice on plate
  7. Turn egg upside down on top of pickle
  8. Eggs are oval shaped, the skinny (narrow) end is the front of the mouse
  9. Wash green onion and cut off green top
  10. Slip one piece of green top under egg for tail
  11. Make two small slits on the top of the egg where ears would be
  12. Put in two slices of carrot
  13. Take the red out of the olive (this is pimento)
  14. Cut little pieces for eyes and a nose
  15. They will stick to the egg
