Utensils:
Wire whisk
Bowl
Small skillet
Measuring spoons

Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of jelly
1 tablespoon of salad oil

Directions

  1. Crack egg into bowl
  2. Add water
  3. Scramble with fork or wire whisk
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
  5. Cook until egg is dry
  6. Do not stir
  7. Add jelly
  8. Fold egg over jelly and serve
